Delivery, Cancellation & Returns

Delivery Policy
We always endeavour to send out your order in the quickest possible time. For smaller UK deliveries we send out all products by first class mail, recorded delivery. For overseas customers, please contact us by any of the means as described in our Contact Us page so we may be able to tailor the best delivery solution for you. For larger items we use a delivery service which we endeavour to organise to suit our customers and to keep the costs to a minimum. It is for these reasons that you may see a 'contact us' request on larger items.
 

Delivery of Heavy Items

 

Our aim is to get your purchase to you at the lowest cost we can, while ensuring that your purchase is looked after carefully. In order to achieve this we need to understand your location and the most suitable time for your delivery. We have therefore adopted the following approach:
  1. When you have selected the item you want to purchase please contact us by e-mail Sales@Jagamanja-uk.com or by telephone on 01452 780411.We will need to know (1) your exact location / delivery address (2) Delivery timing (eg.only week-ends, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm – remember the more flexible you are the more chance we have to reduce that cost!) (3) Will there be someone there to see the delivery in?
  2. We work with our courier service to get the best deal and get back to you with the information
We package all products in appropriate packaging to protect them.

The delivery times listed below are the guidelines we work to, and reflect the fact that many of our products are handmade, some are held in UK stock and some held in Malaysia, some may have been made especially for you and very often individually created for Jagamanja uk .

3-5 days: these products are sent from our stock held in the UK.

6-12 weeks: This may include products that are held in stock in Malaysia and will be sent by sea, items that are currently out of stock and which, because of the hand crafted nature of many of our products, will take time to make and send.

12-16 weeks: This refers to all furniture that is made to order. It also reflects the fact that many of our products are handmade with an uncompromising thoroughness to ensure the promised quality for your purchase.

Please note: All goods remain the property of Jagamanja uk until paid for in full.

 

 

 

 

 
Cancellation Policy  
We endeavour to despatch ordered goods promptly after an order is confirmed. Therefore, once an order is made it can not be cancelled. The terms of our returns policy, as set out below, then apply.
 
 
Returns Policy  
We truly hope and believe that you will be pleased with your purchase. We want happy customers!

Should you wish to return any non-furniture item after you have received your goods you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, providing you have proof of purchase, the product has not been used and is in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund in the same method payment was made but the return delivery cost will be your responsibility.

For items of furniture, once delivery has been taken, refunds and exchanges can only be given in accordance with your statutory rights. You have up to 7 days after taking delivery to inform us you require a refund.The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility. Please contact us by any method on our "Contact Us" page. You must be able to provide proof of purchase and the item/s should be their original condition and with undamaged packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
